There are several focal points of the festival which is designed to have something for everyone, and be a true family affair.
12 of Irelands leading celebrity chefs will showcase their skills in a 300 seater cooking auditorium. Chefs like Nevin Maguire, Rachel Allen and Kevin Dundon will be attending along with Gary O Hanlon, Tara Walker and Martin O Donnell plus many more.
Hot food vendors will provide international foods which are not to be missed, while a host of indigenous craft and art vendors will provide amazing bespoke items that are an addition to any home. Our Craft brewers collective will allow you to sample unique brews and flavours from some of Irelands leading micro brands.
To add to the atmosphere we have live traditional music acts in the famous Salthill park bandstand daily. Finally not forgetting the little ones there is also a dedicated kids zone, so there really is something for everyone.
We look forward to welcoming everyone to Salthill Park on July 5th, 6th and 7th.
